HOW TO ENROLL ON THE AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL HYPNOTHERAPY REGISTER

To be enrolled on the Australian National Hypnotherapy Register you must already belong to a hypnotherapy Association.

You must belong to and continue to fulfill the ongoing requirements of an Association that supports the aims and ideals of the ANHR or a hypnotherapy Association recognized by the ANHR.

Submit your application / renewal: Please download the application / renewal form and fill in the required details. You can find the Application and renewal form at the bottom of this page. To complete the form there are two methods you may use. For clarity we would prefer you use the first method.

1. Fill in the main details of the form using your computer. When the form opens use your mouse to click in the area that need to be filled and type in the details. When you have completed it, print the form out. You will still need to sign it in front of a witness. Do remember to include the details of the witness.
2. Fill the form in completely by hand after you download and print it.

TO AVOID DELAYS ENSURE THAT THE APPLICATION FORM IS COMPLETED, WITNESSED AND ALL DOCUMENTATION IS INCLUDED

Checklist: Before sending to the mailing address on the form please ensure you have included:

• Registration form, signed and witnessed and relevant information included
• Certified copy* of your current Certificate of Membership of an approved association
  See IMPORTANT Note below. Certificate MUST be a Certified Copy or it will not be accepted!
• $50 registration fee. NEW members the is a one off registration fee of $25

* IMPORTANT Note: Your copy of a current Certificate of Membership of an approved association may be certified by one of the following:
A Justice of the Peace, a serving police officer, a pharmacist, a practicing doctor of medicine, a registered teacher, or an officer of the approved association that issued the certificate.

Registration Fee Payment Options

1. Cheque: Make payable to: Australian National Hypnotherapy Register Pty Ltd. Please do not use abbreviations, print the name in full.
2. Direct Deposit: the Bank information is on the application form. Please ensure you use your name as reference on the deposit.
